HR & Payroll Specialist - R.Power Renewables

HR & Payroll Specialist

Location: Warsaw

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating cooperation with an external payroll and HR service provider in Poland and in international offices
  • Managing employee documentation in accordance with Polish labor law and the regulations applicable in countries where foreign offices are located
  • Monitoring and implementing changes in labor law and social security regulations across different countries, in cooperation with the payroll and HR provider
  • Recording and monitoring employees’ working time, leave, and sick leave in Poland and abroad
  • Supporting employees in HR-related matters, including payroll, compensation, and benefits
  • Verifying the accuracy of payroll calculations and social security contributions across different legal systems
  • Cooperating with external institutions (ZUS, Tax Office / US, National Labour Inspectorate / PIP, Statistics Office / GUS, State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons / PFRON)
  • Supporting employees and managers in matters related to labor law and compensation
  • Analyzing HR data (turnover, absenteeism, employment costs, benefits effectiveness) and preparing business recommendations
  • Supporting the development and update of compensation policies and salary structures
  • Co-creating and optimizing benefit programs (Compensation & Benefits)
  • Participating in projects related to the optimization of HR and payroll processes

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR and payroll specialist role
  • Solid knowledge of labor law, social security regulations, and taxation
  • Experience in HR Analytics and/or Compensation & Benefits
  • Ability to work with HR and payroll systems (ENOVA 365 is an advantage)
  • Very good command of MS Excel (experience in data analysis is an asset) and familiarity with the Płatnik system and ZUS-PUE platform
  • English proficiency at a minimum B2 level
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Accuracy, reliability, and timeliness in task execution
  • Excellent self-organization, independence, and attention to detail
  • A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and process optimization
