looking for:
Head of IT
Location: Warsaw
Responsibilities
- Managing, developing, and optimizing the IT environment
- Coordinating cooperation with external IT service providers
- Managing IT projects and ensuring their timely delivery
- Responsibility for cybersecurity and data protection within the organization
- Developing and overseeing IT security policies, standards, and best practices
- Planning and controlling the IT budget
- Cooperating with business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions
- Building and developing a strategy for business process automation
- Identifying and implementing solutions that increase efficiency (workflows, low-code/no-code tools, integrations)
- Supporting digitalization and the development of reporting tools and information flow
- Co-creating directions for the use of new technologies (including AI)
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the IT area
- Knowledge of system and network environments
- Experience in cybersecurity or data protection
- Knowledge of IT security standards
- Experience working with IT processes
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Experience in business process automation
- English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
- Analytical thinking skills and good work organization
Nice to have:
- Experience in project or team management
- Knowledge of low-code/no-code tools or AI solutions
- Experience in an international environment
