looking for:
Technical Asset Management Analyst
Location: Warsaw
Responsibilities
- Monitor performance of PV assets with a strong focus on data accuracy and analytical insights.
- Work extensively with Power BI to identify errors, looking for improvements and data excellence
- Analyse operational and SCADA data to identify anomalies, trends and underperformance.
- Support decision-making by translating data findings into actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with O&M and Asset Management teams to clarify data issues and support troubleshooting from the analytical side.
Optional:
- Participate in root-cause analyses using data-driven methods.
- Develop automated data-quality checks and enhance internal reporting processes.
- Support testing and implementation of new analytical or monitoring tools.
- Coordinate with external service providers to obtain missing or corrected datasets.
Requirements
- Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in Power BI
- Ability to work with large datasets and identify inconsistencies or anomalies.
- Basic understanding of PV operations or willingness to learn technical fundamentals.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Optional:
- Familiarity with SCADA/monitoring platforms (reading data rather than troubleshooting).
- Skills in Excel, SQL or Python for extended analysis.
- Understanding of performance metrics used in renewable energy.
