Project Integration Specialist
Location: Warsaw
Responsibilities
- Support the sales processes of renewable energy (RES) projects.
- Prepare and deliver development progress reports for RES projects to external stakeholders and for internal purposes (in particular for projects subject to sales processes and project finance).
- Coordinate and manage due diligence processes to obtain financing for RES projects.
- Coordinate and manage due diligence processes for projects undergoing sales transactions.
- Support the Project Integration Office team in daily activities related to the development of renewable energy projects in the Polish market.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and data rooms for financing and transaction processes.
- Cooperate with internal teams (development, finance, legal) to ensure smooth project integration and reporting.
- Monitor project milestones and identify potential risks affecting project timelines.
- Assist in process optimization and improvement of internal project reporting standards.
Requirements
- Very good command of English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a similar position (e.g., project coordination, project finance support, transaction support)
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and data rooms for financing and transaction processes.
- Cooperate with internal teams (development, finance, legal) to ensure smooth project integration and reporting.
- Monitor project milestones and identify potential risks affecting project timelines.
- Support preparation of materials and presentations for investors, partners, and management.
- Assist in process optimization and improvement of internal project reporting standards.
