Land Development Manager
Location: Olsztyn
Responsibilities
- Securing land for the development of renewable energy projects as part of the development team.
- Contacting landowners to negotiate land lease agreements and easements.
- Verifying the feasibility of project implementation.
- Collecting information and preparing progress reports.
- Maintaining good relationships with landowners.
- Communicating with local authorities.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience in negotiating and securing land.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Experience in customer relations.
- Practical knowledge of the investment process in the areas of Administrative Procedure Code (KPA), Construction Law, and Energy Law.
- Practical knowledge of real estate-related issues.
- Category B driving license.
- Willingness to work in the field.
