looking for:
GIS/Location Analyst
Location: Warsaw
Responsibilities
- Managing the process of identifying and verifying land for power and energy infrastructure investments
- Risk analysis related to investment locations and preliminary feasibility assessment of projects
- Preparing technical studies and spatial analyses (layouts, route alignments, site searches)
- Coordinating geodetic works and obtaining the required documentation
- Providing support and maintaining close cooperation with field teams
- Obtaining necessary permits and administrative decisions
Requirements
- Higher education, preferably in Spatial Planning or a related field
- Experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and GIS tools
- General knowledge of real estate management, including land and mortgage registers
- Strong analytical skills, enabling the analysis, collection, and consolidation of large data sets
- Communicative command of English (minimum level B2)
- Valid Category B driving licence
