Learning & Development Manager
Location: Warsaw
Responsibilities
- Managing the Learning & Development area across the R.Power Group – from strategy and planning through to execution.
- Developing and annually updating the R.Power University program, designed for employees at all levels of the organization.
- Identifying development needs across the organization through ongoing cooperation with the Management Board and managers.
- Designing comprehensive learning programs – from needs analysis and content development to delivery, evaluation, and effectiveness measurement.
- Independently managing end-to-end training processes, including trainer contracting, scheduling, logistics, participant communication, documentation, and post-training follow-up.
- Coordinating and delivering mandatory training programs that are critical from a compliance and organizational safety perspective.
- Managing the Group’s training budget, including planning, budget control, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization.
- Selecting, coordinating, and settling accounts with external training providers and internal trainers.
- Managing the Training module within the Ostendi HR platform, including training catalog maintenance, registrations, approvals, reporting, and user guidance.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of development initiatives and recommending improvements based on data and participant feedback.
- Maintaining and enforcing R.Power’s Training Policy, as well as standards for requesting, delivering, and evaluating development activities.
- Supporting managers and employees in planning individual development paths.
- Collaborating with the People & Culture team on onboarding processes, performance reviews, and talent development programs.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Learning & Development and/or employee development, including at least 2 years in a role with responsibility for L&D strategy or the overall development agenda.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs for both specialists and managerial staff.
- Experience in managing training budgets, as well as negotiating and working with external training providers.
- Experience working with an LMS platform (Ostendi HR, SAP SuccessFactors, or a similar system is preferred).
- Practical knowledge of the Polish training provider market and current Learning & Development trends.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution – you independently deliver projects from concept to completion.
- Strong sense of ownership – you take full responsibility for your area, set priorities independently, and ensure successful outcomes.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and perform effectively under time pressure.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, enabling effective interaction with both senior executives and newly onboarded employees.
- Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken (minimum B2/C1 level). We are an international organization, and part of our communication takes place in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
