Junior Business Processes & Systems Specialist
Location: Warsaw
Responsibilities
- Analyze and map business processes.
- Gather business requirements from users and stakeholders.
- Configure and enhance business systems (CRM, workflow, reporting tools).
- Prepare reports and dashboards.
- Participate in the implementation of new tools and process automation initiatives.
- Document business processes and procedures.
- Provide support to business users.
Requirements
- Has 1–3 years of experience in an office-based, analytical, PMO, or operations role.
- Has advanced Excel skills.
- Can analyze business processes logically and identify improvement opportunities.
- Is self-driven and quick to learn new tools and technologies.
- Has a basic understanding of databases, CRM platforms, or business systems.
- Can communicate effectively with different departments across the organization.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, Jira, or other workflow management systems.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Experience in business process analysis.
