ESPI – Current Report 9/2026 – Execution of 4-year Virtual PPAs by Companies from the R.Power S.A. Group

The Management Board of R.Power S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Issuer”), hereby informs that on 26 March 2026 two Electricity Price Financial Settlement Agreements (Virtual Power Purchase Agreements, hereinafter the “Agreements”) were executed between companies belonging to the Issuer’s Capital Group (the “Subsidiaries”) and leading investment grade European energy group (the “Buyer”).

The subject of the Agreements is the financial settlement of the electricity price and the sale of guarantees of origin for such electricity by the Subsidiaries to the Buyer for a period of 4 years i.e. 2027-2030. The estimated volume of electricity to be settled during the term of the Agreements amounts to up to 289 GWh.
