ESPI – Current report 13/2026 -Execution of Storage Services Agreement by Company from the R.Power S.A. Group

The Management Board of R.Power S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Issuer”), hereby informs that on 30 April 2026 a Storage Services Agreement (with the use of a battery energy storage system (“BESS”) facility with a nominal power of 300 MW and capacity of approximately 1200 MWh) (hereinafter the “Agreement”) was executed, between a company belonging to the Issuer’s Capital Group (the “Subsidiary”) and Axpo Polska sp. z o.o. (“Axpo”).

The subject of the Agreement is the provision of electricity storage services by the Subsidiary to Axpo. The Agreement is entered into for a period ending on 31 December 2038, and the provision of services shall begin on the date of start of commercial operation of the BESS facility.

Axpo shall be responsible for optimizing the operation of the BESS facility, and the remuneration for the electricity storage service will be based on sharing the profits generated by the BESS facility, with Axpo guaranting a minimum level of revenue for the Subsidiary.

The total value of the Agreement over its entire term may exceed 10% of the Issuer’s equity.
