Current Report No. 3/2025 – EBI – Appointment of Vice President of the Management Board of R.Power S.A.

The Management Board of R.Power S.A. (hereinafter the “Issuer”) informs that on February 6, 2025, the Supervisory Board of the Issuer adopted a resolution appointing Ms. Katarzyna Suchcicka as Vice President of the Management Board of the Issuer, effective as of February 7, 2025.

The resolution was adopted pursuant to Article 382 § 1 of the Polish Commercial Companies Code and § 13 section 2 of the Issuer’s Articles of Association.
