Current Report No. 24/2025 – ESPI – Execution of EPC Contracts with Prodfer Construct S.R.L.

The Management Board of R.Power S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Issuer”), hereby announces that on 9 December 2025 agreements for the general contracting of photovoltaic power plant projects (the “Contracts”) were concluded between a Romanian company belonging to the Issuer’s capital group (the “Subsidiary”) and Prodfer Construct S.R.L. with its registered office in Cluj-Napoca (the “Contractor”).

The Subsidiary is implementing photovoltaic power plant projects. The main subject of the Contracts is the execution of the investment involving the delivery, installation, construction and commissioning of photovoltaic power plants owned by the Subsidiary, with a total planned installed capacity of 20 MW.

The scope of works excludes the supply of photovoltaic modules and inverters.

The total value of the Contracts does not exceed 10% of the Issuer’s equity.
