Current Report No. 14/2025 – ESPI – Execution of General EPC Contract with Solartech sp. z o.o.

The Management Board of R.Power S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Issuer”), hereby announces that on 14 July 2025, a contract for the general execution of a photovoltaic power plant investment (the “Agreement”) was concluded between a Polish company belonging to the Issuer’s Capital Group (the “Subsidiary”) and Solartech sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Contractor”). The photovoltaic power plant project is being implemented within the Subsidiary.

The main subject of the Agreement is the execution of the investment, including the supply, installation, construction, and commissioning of a photovoltaic power plant owned by the Subsidiary with a target installed capacity of 80 MW, together with a 110 kV main off-take point (GPO) and a high-voltage line. The scope of work excludes the supply of photovoltaic modules.

The total value of the Agreement exceeds 10% of the Issuer’s equity.
