Digital Security & Delivery Specialist
Location: Warsaw
Responsibilities
- Manage IT projects from concept to implementation, including timelines, dependencies, and risks.
- Maintain and develop implemented IT solutions, particularly MDM/MAM and DLP platforms.
- Coordinate cybersecurity and compliance initiatives (NIS2, KSC), including audit support and cooperation with vendors.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure project commitments are met.
- Coordinate cooperation between IT, business, legal, and compliance teams.
- Prepare status reports and stakeholder communications.
- Define, monitor, and report project KPIs.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT projects with proven implementation achievements.
- Ability to combine project delivery with ongoing IT environment maintenance.
- Experience in vendor management.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Good command of English.
- Knowledge of NIS2, KSC, and ISO 27001 standards.
- Operational experience with security solutions.
- Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or AgilePM.
- Experience in the energy, financial, telecommunications, or infrastructure sectors.
