Management Board
The Management Board at R.Power Spółka Akcyjna is responsible for the company’s day-to-day operations and overall management. It executes strategic plans approved by the Supervisory Board, ensuring that business activities are conducted efficiently and align with corporate objectives. The Management Board oversees operational performance, manages resources, and implements policies to drive growth and sustainable development. Additionally, it ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining accountability and transparency.
Przemek Pięta is the CEO and Co-founder of R. Power where. He began his career as a management consultant and later a manager at McKinsey & Company where his experience focused on work for leading global banks and financial institutions in Warsaw, Amsterdam, and Cape Town. His past professional experience also includes working at J.P. Morgan Investment Banking in London.
Przemek has been involved in the energy and renewables sector for over 15 years in various executive and entrepreneurial roles. He founded AMB Energia, a leading Polish electricity retailer, which was acquired in 2014 by Fortum, a major Nordic utility. Additionally, he was co-founder and supervisory board member of Foton Technik, a leader in rooftop photovoltaic installations in Poland, acquired by E.ON in 2019.
Przemek Pięta is graduate of Warsaw School of Economics and holds Master of Business Administration from Kellogg Graduate School of Management of Northwestern University, USA
Tomasz Sęk is a Co-founder and Board Member of R.Power. He started his career as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he held managerial roles across various European markets in the telecom and energy sectors. His professional experience also includes working at eBay Inc. in San Jose, USA.
Over the last 15 years he co-founded and led, in executive positions, several energy and renewables companies, including AMB Energia, a leading energy retailer acquired by a leading Nordic utility in 2015. Additionally, he was co-founder and supervisory board member of Foton Technik, which became a leader in rooftop photovoltaic installations in Poland, acquired by E.ON in 2019.
He also currently serves as supervisory board member of Quanta Energy, Nomad Electric Services and as the President of the Polish Solar Energy Association.
He holds a degree from the Warsaw School of Economics and earned his MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Class of 2006
Anna is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, with deep expertise in development, permitting, and operational management of RES projects. With 15 years of professional experience, including 13 years in the photovoltaic industry, Anna has been instrumental in driving the growth of renewable energy sector in Poland. She played a key role in implementing the first large-scale portfolio of photovoltaic farms in the country, paving the way for the development of the domestic PV market.
Between 2021 and 2024, Anna successfully managed the entire Development Poland organization at R.Power, ensuring the smooth execution of key projects and the strategic growth of the company’s renewable energy portfolio. In her role, she oversaw the full lifecycle of renewable energy projects, from securing permits to managing ongoing operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance at every stage.
Her expertise extends beyond project management, as she has successfully introduced process automation and optimization within organizations, significantly improving operational workflows and efficiency. Anna's strategic approach to setting up and automating processes has been critical in scaling the company, which now employs over 500 people. Anna joined the Board of the Company in September 2024.
She holds degrees in Finance from the Warsaw School of Economics and the University of Warsaw, Poland.
Marcin Pajewski is a highly experienced professional in the renewable energy sector, with a strong focus on the construction phase. With over 13 years of experience, he has been deeply involved in the development of large-scale renewable energy projects across the full value chain – starting in development, moving into construction management, and actively supporting the operation of power-generating assets.
Since 2019, he has been directly responsible for overseeing the construction of solar PV farms with a total capacity of more than 900 MW already connected to the grid, and nearly 400 MW currently under construction. These projects are located in Poland, Portugal, Romania, and Germany.
Marcin has been with R.Power since 2012, where he progressed through the full career path – from specialist, through manager, to a member of the Management Board of R.Power Development, as well as serving as CTO of R.Power Group. In September 2025, he joined the Management Board of R.Power S.A.
He is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW).
Klaudiusz is a highly experienced professional in the renewable energy sector, with a strong focus on development, permitting, and procurement across both solar and wind energy projects. With almost 2 decades of expertise, Klaudiusz has been deeply involved in the development of large-scale renewable projects, including wind energy, playing a key role in advancing Poland's clean energy transition.
Klaudiusz’s experience spans the full spectrum of renewables value chain: from permitting to overseeing procurement processes, ensuring that projects meet the highest standards of efficiency and regulatory compliance. Additionally, Klaudiusz has significant transactional experience, having been involved in numerous mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in the renewable energy space, further solidifying his role as a key executive in the industry.
Since joining R.Power in 2012 as a Senior Project Manager, Klaudiusz has progressively taken on more responsibility, culminating in his appointment as Board Member in 2022, where he continues to shape the company’s strategy and growth.

Rafał Kozłowski is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at R.Power. He has almost 30 years of experience in financial management and strategic business development, gained both in Poland and on international markets, mainly in the financial sector but also in trade companies.
Before joining R.Power, he worked as an expert at McKinsey & Company and previously held key management positions at leading financial institutions and the largest banks in Poland as CEO, CFO and Member of the Management Board.
He specializes in financial management of large and medium-sized enterprises, with a particular focus on financing, hedging financial risks, debt issuance and working capital management.
At R.Power, he is responsible for comprehensive oversight of the finance area, including capital management, financial planning and analysis, accounting, reporting and taxes.
Rafał is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at the IESE Business School at the University of Navarra in Barcelona.
