The Management Board of R.Power S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Issuer”) hereby informs that on 27 June 2025, an engineering, procurement and construction contract (the “Agreement”) was concluded between a Romanian company belonging to the Issuer’s Capital Group (the “Subsidiary”) and Nomad Electric sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Contractor”). A photovoltaic power plant project is being implemented by the Subsidiary.
The main subject of the Agreement is the execution of the investment covering the delivery, installation, construction and commissioning of a photovoltaic power plant owned by the Subsidiary with a total installed capacity of 55 MWp. The scope of work excludes the supply of photovoltaic modules and inverters.
The total value of the Agreement does not exceed 10% of the Issuer’s equity.
