Grid connection conditions are a guarantee of project implementation

Developing wind or photovoltaic projects is a complex and time-consuming process that requires commitment and expertise. A key element of this process is obtaining the so-called grid connection conditions – formal consent from the power grid operator, without which the project cannot be implemented.

Unlike many other companies, that actively secure land for renewable energy installations, R.Power already has connection conditions for renewable energy projects with a total capacity of around 4,600 MW located throughout Poland. This guarantees that our investments will be implemented according to plan. We focus our activities in places where we are guaranteed the possibility of connecting to the grid, which significantly reduces the implementation time.

What requirements does a property have to have to be leased?

A wind turbine can be built on your property if:

  • Your property is located in an open area, more than 700 meters away from residential buildings
  • The soil on your property is class III or lower
  • Your property is located outside a protected area (national park, Natura 2000, etc.)
  • Your property is suitable for a wind turbine and is located more than 200 meters from a forest.
