The Management Board of R.Power S.A. (the \u201cIssuer\u201d) hereby informs that on the date hereof a company belonging to the Issuer\u2019s Capital Group (the \u201cSubsidiary\u201d) entered into a preliminary agreement for the sale of shares in a company holding an energy storage project (the \u201cEnergy Storage Project\u201d) with a capacity of 250 MW.<\/p>\n
The subject of the agreement is the sale by the Subsidiary of 100% of the shares in the company holding the Energy Storage Project. The final agreement will be executed upon the fulfilment of conditions customary for transactions of this type.<\/p>\n
The transaction forms part of the implementation of the Issuer\u2019s Capital Group strategy, which assumes asset rotation enabling the reinvestment of the proceeds in the construction and operation of new generation capacities and energy storage facilities.<\/p>\n
The sale price of the shares exceeds 10% of the Issuer\u2019s equity and was determined on market terms.<\/p>\n
