The Management Board of R.Power S.A. (the \u201cIssuer\u201d) hereby informs that on 11 December 2025, as a result of the capacity market auction for the 2030 delivery year (main auction), a total of not less than 134 MW of capacity obligation was contracted for units owned by the Issuer. According to the information published on the website of PSE S.A. (Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne), the clearing price of the auction, which concluded in round 2, is within the range of PLN 511.51\/kW\/year to PLN 465.03\/kW\/year.<\/p>\n
The Issuer\u2019s energy storage facilities that will perform the contracted capacity obligation under the 17-year contract have a connection capacity of 1,012 MW and an energy capacity of approximately 4,032 MWh (the contracted capacity will be adjusted by the KWD coefficient of 13.39%).<\/p>\n
Under the above contracts, the aggregate revenues of the Issuer\u2019s group companies may amount to not less than PLN 1.3 billion over the 17-year period, with the capacity obligation price being subject to annual indexation based on the average annual consumer price index.<\/p>\n
The above information does not constitute the final results of the capacity market auction. Preliminary auction results will be published within 3 business days from the date of the auction\u2019s conclusion. The final results of the capacity market auction will be announced by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office in the Public Information Bulletin on the Office\u2019s website on the first business day following the 21st day after the conclusion of the auction.<\/p>\n
