The Management Board of R.Power S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the \u201cIssuer\u201d), hereby informs that on 8 October 2025 it became aware that two foreign companies belonging to the Issuer\u2019s Capital Group (the \u201cSubsidiary\u201d) won the innovative auction under the German Renewable Energy Support System (EEG) conducted by the German regulatory authority Bundesnetzagentur (the \u201cAuction\u201d).<\/p>\n
Based on the results of the Auction, the Subsidiaries obtained the right to twenty years of support for the generation of electricity from two hybrid installations comprising photovoltaic systems with electricity storage facilities, with a total capacity of 115.5 MW, of which 51.5 MW will be covered by support in the form of a market premium (\u201cMarktpr\u00e4mie\u201d) provided under the German EEG system. This system is based on subsidies corresponding to the difference between the price specified in the auction bid and the average monthly market price of electricity from the installations, determined based on spot market prices. Owing to the granted support, the Subsidiaries are guaranteed a minimum electricity sales price. The right to support will apply from the moment electricity sales commence.<\/p>\n
The total value of support granted from the Auction over its entire duration may exceed 10% of the Issuer\u2019s equity.<\/p>\n
