(the \u201cIssuer\u201d) informs that on January 31, 2025, a conditional package of agreements was concluded concerning the sale of electricity and guarantees of origin related to electricity generated from renewable energy sources (the \u201cPPA Package\u201d) between companies belonging to the Issuer\u2019s Capital Group (the \u201cSubsidiaries\u201d) and McDonald\u2019s Polska sp. z o.o. The PPA Package is also intended to be signed by 95 members of the McDonald\u2019s purchasing group \u2013 franchisees and suppliers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The PPA Package covers the sale of electricity from photovoltaic farms owned by the Subsidiaries for the period from February 1, 2025, to December 31, 2034, as well as the sale of guarantees of origin related to that electricity from renewable sources. The estimated volume of electricity to be sold under the agreements exceeds 200 GWh. The sale will be carried out through a licensed trading company. The total value of the PPA Package over its duration may exceed 10% of the Issuer\u2019s equity.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The PPA Package with McDonald\u2019s Polska sp. z o.o. was concluded subject to a condition precedent, which must be fulfilled by February 4, 2025. The Issuer will inform about the fulfillment or non-fulfillment of the condition in a separate current report.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Legal basis:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Article 17(1) of the MAR \u2013 insider information.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Management Board of R.Power S.A.
