(hereinafter the \u201cIssuer\u201d) hereby informs that on January 31, 2025, the Issuer\u2019s Supervisory Board adopted a resolution on the appointment of Mr. Rafa\u0142 Koz\u0142owski as a Member of the Management Board of the Issuer, effective as of February 1, 2025.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The resolution was adopted pursuant to Article 382 \u00a7 1 of the Polish Commercial Companies Code and \u00a7 13 section 2 of the Issuer\u2019s Articles of Association.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The resume of the newly appointed Management Board Member is attached to this report.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Legal basis:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a7 5 section 1 point 9 of Annex No. 4 to the Rules of the Alternative Trading System.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Management Board of R.Power S.A.
